The offer of Grupa ZIR includes various systems for mounting brackets to supporting structures. Among them, there are system solutions based on the elements we manufacture, but it is also possible to make a mounting system at the customer's request, which will be tailored to individual needs. The wide range of the offer includes polycarbonate, aluminium and steel fixings.

Single-support system for installing signal heads next to the road
The single-support system for mounting the traffic lights on the signal mast is based on the use of an aluminium apex head and single aluminium consoles or double galvanized steel consoles. There is also the option of single-support installation of the signal head directly on the boom or gate column. The system has elements that allow for smooth adjustment of the siren setting and ensures rigidity of the structure, thanks to the additional equipment of the siren with an aluminium pad and an adapter. Aluminium and galvanized steel elements are additionally protected with a powder paint coating.

The two-support system for the assembly of signal head located next to the road requires the use of two polycarbonate or aluminium brackets, fixed directly to the structure.
Two-support system for mounting traffic lights above the road
The two-support system for mounting the traffic lights above the road is realized by using a dedicated steel sling and two aluminium or polycarbonate brackets. It is also possible to make a sling according to an individual customer's order. All steel elements are galvanized and additionally secured with a powder coating. The design of the sling enables precise positioning of the signal head concerning the road and traffic lanes.

Cable head
The cable head is made of aluminium and is adapted for mounting on a mast with a diameter of 114mm. The design of the head allows the installation of up to 4 brackets. Consoles are attached to the head with screws. At the top of the head, there are cable clamps that enable the sewing of signal cables. The cable clamps and the inside of the head are protected with a special top.
